Phase I General Information:
An annual Directory for Phase I Residents is published that contains contact information for resident use only. They use email addresses to send out periodic newsletters and announcements to residents. A copy of the covenants and bylaws will be provided to all new homeowners, and there is a yearly meeting for all residents that would like to attend.

Phase I Annual dues are $325, with an additional $50 for those who live on Horse Creek Drive and access their property through the private alleyway that the HOA must maintain.
